By using My Contact Base you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace.
You own the contacts, documents and notes you put into My Contact Base. We claim no ownership over them. We store and process them so we can provide the service to you, and for no other purpose. You can export everything at any time, on any plan.
Sending unsolicited bulk email is the fastest way to lose your account, because it damages delivery for every other customer.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Trials run thirty days and need no card. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund partial months, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends.
If payment fails we will tell you and retry. If it keeps failing, the workspace drops to the free plan — read access and full export are preserved. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.
We aim for the service to be available continuously, but we do not guarantee it. We may take it down for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can.
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. On closure we delete your workspace data within thirty days — export first if you want a copy.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take backups, but they are our safety net, not yours.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
